  •  Are willing to commit to training regularly and progressing on the movements on a week-to-week basis.
  •  Open to unlearning misconceptions about health & fitness and building new foundational skills and knowledge.
  •  Have specific goals to achieve, such as strength, movement, or fat loss.
Adrenalean Fitness is not for people who:
  •  Are looking for a quick fix or an over-night weight loss program.
  •  Are looking to do 100s of burpees, mountain climbers, and crunches to get a good ‘sweat’ and call it an intense workout.
  •  Don’t have a specific strength or fitness goal and are simply attending sessions to get some ‘exercise’ in.
