Our group classes differ from typical boot camps you’ve experienced before. You’re probably tired of bootcamps that treat you like just a number, forcing you to do hundreds of burpees, high knees, and jumping jacks, and calling it a workout! At AdrenaLean Fitness, we focus on individual attention, giving clients the time to gradually develop their strength, consistency, and confidence over 4-6 week training blocks
Each class is limited to 10-12 people only, allowing for more personalized coaching and effective use of equipment. We would rather have 10 committed members who are consistent and looking to improve than 30 members who train when they feel like it.
Our 4–6-week training blocks provide sufficient time to learn new movements, develop strength and coordination gradually each week, and eventually master them through repeated practice.

In the initial 8 weeks of your journey, you’ll focus on establishing a solid foundation by mastering fundamental exercises like push-ups, rows, split squats, and Romanian deadlifts. Our goal is for new tribe members to thoroughly learn these basics before moving on to more challenging and advanced lifts. Remember, a strong foundation leads to a stronger overall structure!
