With a strong sports background, including representing Hong Kong Cricket internationally, I have been passionate about fitness and health from a young age. Growing up, I competed in three sports at the top level in high school and national competitions, fueling my desire to build a career in this field.
I started my journey in 2017 as a trainer with no experience in leading sessions or assisting individuals with their health and fitness. I began by establishing Adrenalean and offering bootcamp classes to people completely new to fitness. This first step allowed me to learn, study, and develop my credentials through various courses, travels, and seminars that improved my skills, along with hands-on experience from dozens of sessions each week.
Fast-forward 8 years, and I feel more driven than ever to educate myself about the fitness and health world. I have helped 100s of clients transform into better individuals! My mentor always says, ‘the more you know, the more you don’t know’. The more I learn, the more I want to learn. The more answers I get, the more questions I have. And this paradox has me seeking and craving for more! I am a student of this industry and will forever be.
My goal is to share this education and knowledge in simplified terms with my clients, friends, and family. Adrenalean’s purpose is to help everyday people in achieve cool attainable goals. We turn dreams into reality through structured training and progressions, helping our members find and showcase their hidden strengths in a safe, controlled environment.
