The future is now. The next generation needs to learn from the mistakes of the previous generations, They started too late. Health & Fitness should be installed into the daily routine from a young age. The earlier you get your kids to play sports and do physical activities, the better their coordination becomes as they get older.

Between ages 5 and 13, children absorb knowledge rapidly and begin developing body coordination, balance, and basic strength that will benefit them into their teens and adulthood. It is crucial to encourage movement and teach fundamental strength & movement patterns early on.

Get them out of the house! NO TIKTOK. NO YOUTUBE. NO INSTAGRAM. This will keep them off tablets/TV screens/video games, allowing them to socialize in a fun, group environment designed to help them get stronger, faster, and more mobile. The brain develops when it is exposed to activities that make them think and get their body moving

The previous gen grew up without devices, spent most of their time running, climbing and doing activities outdoors, so why should the next gen be any different? Let’s get back to our roots as humans.
